Twenty-two Bronxville High School seniors have earned the New York State Seal of Biliteracy, a distinction recognizing exceptional proficiency in two languages, while one student earned the Seal of Civic Readiness.

Bronxville High School celebrated its Class of 2026 during the 104^th commencement ceremony, held on the school’s front lawn on June 20.

A group of 22 outstanding Bronxville High School seniors officially committed to continuing their academic and athletic careers at the collegiate level during a special athlete signing ceremony.

Members of Bronxville High School’s track and field team had an outstanding performance at the New York State Championship meet, held in Webster, New York, on June 13-14. A group of 24 student-athletes qualified to represent Bronxville across 15 different events.  

Two Bronxville High School educators – Lisa Azria and Toby Gillen – have earned New York State Sen. Shelley Mayer’s Outstanding Educator Awards. They were recognized for their meaningful contributions to students and their school community. 

A group of five talented students from Bronxville High School will have their artwork displayed at the Hudson River Museum’s “Teens Seen: Art Showcase” through Oct. 4.

HS science teachers Stephen Kovari and Anna Dowd have been accepted into the prestigious Ph.D. program in STEM Education at Stony Brook.

A group of Bronxville High School students – members of the Model UN Club – toured the United Nations headquarters in New York City on May 29, gaining firsthand insight into the organization’s history, mission and global impact.

Members of Bronxville High School’s Habitat for Humanity Club volunteered in Yonkers on May 30, helping to beautify the grounds of a local Lutheran church through painting and planting flowers. The students worked together to enhance the space while making a positive impact in the community. 

The Bronxville School celebrated creativity during the annual Bronxville Arts Festival, held May 18-19. Over the course of two days, students from across all grade levels showcased their talents in the visual and performing arts. 

Students from Bronxville High School – members of the school’s Bronco TV – earned second place for Best Broadcast at the Broadcast Alliance for Senior High Awards. The awards ceremony was held on May 20 at the Jacob Burns Film Center in Pleasantville. Competing against 15 schools, Bronco TV was recognized for its outstanding news segment. 

Bronxville High School students participated in the “Lest We Forget: A Memorial Day Gallery Event,” an immersive and interactive program designed to deepen their understanding of service, sacrifice and remembrance through primary sources and reflection. 

Members of Bronxville High School’s Troops Club welcomed Christopher Howard, a soldier and Eastchester High School graduate currently home from serving in Poland, for a special visit and discussion at their school on May 19.
